Dagaz Ltd is incorporated in and operates from the UK under the laws of England and Wales.

Appointments may be face to face or via Zoom telephony.

Every effort will be made to make appointments to suit your need, where possible. PLEASE NOTE: Dagaz Ltd may offer weekend and evening appointments occasionally to suit availability.

If you need to change your appointment time, please try to give me 24 hours notice, in order that the session may be offered to others on my waiting list.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice, otherwise, a full cancellation fee may be levied, unless the circumstances are exceptional.

Should Dagaz Ltd have to cancel or postpone, Dagaz Ltd will make every effort to give 24 hours’ notice, unless the situation is urgent/exceptional. Dagaz Ltd shall re-schedule with you as soon as possible.

In the case of a zoom video telephony session, if you haven’t connected within 20 minutes of the scheduled start of the appointment time, the session will be deemed to have been forfeited, and a full cancellation will be charged unless the circumstances are exceptional.

A ‘no-show’ without prior notice for a face-to-face appointment will be subject to a full cancellation no-show charge unless the circumstances are exceptional.

In the case of late arrival for a face-to-face appointment, the session will end at the time originally contracted for and will be charged for the duration originally contracted for. For example, if an hour-long session has been booked, and you arrive 20 minutes late, the remaining session will last 40 minutes and the fee charged will be for an hour.

By agreement, recordings may be made of zoom video telephony session for the express purpose of furthering the learning of participants in group activities. Such recordings will only be made available to members of that specific group. Otherwise, Dagaz Ltd may occasionally share small portions of recordings with named third parties for the purpose of supervision.

Sessions with me are not a substitute for formal medical or psychological treatment. If you know or suspect that you are suffering from any form or medical or psychological condition, please seek appropriate treatment from your doctor, therapist or health practitioner.

Please be aware that whatever form of treatment you decide upon this work is not intended to replace any medical advice or intervention. You are responsible for any physical and/or emotional well-being during and after any session.

PAYMENT

Dagaz Ltd offers a Discovery call prior to any coaching or readings for which there is no charge. Once we have agreed what will best suit your needs, Dagaz Ltd will issue an invoice. Full payment is then required within 14 days of the invoice being issued. In exceptional circumstances and with prior written agreement, payments may be made in instalments.

Payment for Lifebook Premium must be made in full prior to the commencement of the programme in order to enable access. This can be cancelled within 14 days and a full refund will be given. Later cancellation will cause the entire fee to be forfeited unless there are exceptional circumstances.

You may pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
