It always seems rather presumptuous that anyone else suggests that they can tell you more about you than you know yourself. During my training in Transactional Analysis I discovered that I knew my “script”, how I was taught to show up in the world by my parents and early years’ teachers, much better than I really knew myself, my needs and my desires. So I explored philosophy, literature, psychology, astrology and many “tools” – Archetypes, Myers-Briggs, and the Enneagram to name a few. Then I discovered Human Design and suddenly I started to make sense to myself – why I am both an introvert and an extravert, how I feel things deeply but communicate logically (most of the time!), and why I can sense an atmosphere seemingly quicker than most others.
