HOW DOES DAGAZ LTD COLLECT INFORMATION AND HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
We collect information from you when you use the Dagaz.me website, for example, when you contact us to enquire about purchasing a product or service.
We will use the information we collect from you – contact details and payment information – lawfully and carefully, and in accordance with current Data Protection Act legislation. It is used for billing and administration purposes only, and is kept fully confidential; we would never pass your information to any other party, except to grant you access to Lifebook for the Lifebook Premium Programme and we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
We use your email address, which is provided on individual sign-up only should you choose to register with us, to provide you with free personal development material and we may contact you occasionally with regard to the information on offers, events and newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time.
If you request a Human Design or Soul Path reading we will request birth information which will be used to generate the readings, in the case of Human Design readings using 3rd party software which is licenced to Dagaz Ltd. This information will be held confidentially and you may request that it is deleted from the system at any time.
DATA SECURITY
Dagaz Ltd has put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorisation. We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to.
DATA RETENTION
Dagaz Ltd will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.
For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.
